Food Profit Group

On average, most restaurants spend about a week per month trying to understand the true cost of manufacturing for every dish on their menu. It’s very important because it helps the restaurant determine where improvements are needed. All of these tasks are very time-consuming. We free our customers by doing all the cost counting activities for them. We collect all the invoices and do a whole lot of a very useful work: we process the data, we correct and identify issues, and we return information to our customers in easily readable electronic format. In the end we do the interpretation of the data and upload the information into the recipe management system for the customer.

This year Food Profit Group is remodeling and improving our technological solutions. We are going to reveal several new innovative and efficient projects that will help not only restaurant to improve their performance but we also help industry and partners to better understand the current business environment.

Briefly, we help restaurants take complex information, optimize it and make it easy to understand so they can increase profits and decreasing menu cost. And of course we have some intricated solutions for the “New-Brunswickers” to improve their restaurant experience.

About Food Profit Group

Food Profit Group gives restaurants more control over product ordering, purchasing, and competitive pricing information.

Gives managers access to accurate, real time “True Theoretical Food Cost % “ updates. Gives owners more financial control over kitchen’s recipe costs, menu pricing and managing profit.
